We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • Your order arrived damaged.
  • The product delivered was expired.

If you experience any of the above, please submit a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at care@thekosmik.com

After 7 days, we won’t be able to accept returns or process claims.
